Space Requirements and Set Up

The following are the space requirements, supplies and set up needed to conduct our sessions.

  1. A space that can accommodate the group size comfortably, with chairs situated in a large circle/horse-shoe shape facing a projector screen (no tables or columns) 

  2. A projector, projector screen, and power strip for a power point presentation and computer.  We will provide the computer and adaptor

  3. A whiteboard or large newsprint/sticky memo pads with markers

  4. Internet access (session dependent)

  5. Participants are asked to come comfortably dressed and only need a pen/pencil to write with (for inventories or their own notes)

  6. Name tags with first names only in large print
