Emerging Leadership Consultants (ELC), LLC, is a leadership and organizational development consulting firm that believes organizations that cultivate more inclusive and equitable environments achieve more for their employees and those they serve. ELC understands the complexity of leadership, and how our diverse backgrounds and intersecting identities impact how we lead and work with others. With a specialization in Restorative Practices (RP) as a foundation for leadership development, ELC uses RP and a variety of other frameworks to develop dynamic and customized content that is organizationally specific to our client’s needs.
